1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this application ("Handlz"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this application.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily use this application for personal, non-commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
• Modify or copy the application materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the application and for any activities or actions under your password.
4. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post or display on or through the application. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display and distribute such content.
You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize us to use all content you post.
5. Web Profile Feature
When you enable the Web Profile feature, you create a public profile accessible at handlz.net/profile/[your-username]. By enabling this feature:
• Your profile becomes publicly accessible to anyone with the URL, not just app users
• You control which links appear on your web profile using the "Show on Web" toggle
• Your location information is NOT shared on web profiles
• You can disable your web profile at any time through profile settings
• Your web profile URL is based on your username and may change if you change your name
You are responsible for the content displayed on your web profile and must ensure it complies with these Terms.
6. Saved Web Profiles
The application allows you to save up to 5 web profiles from other users for quick access. By using this feature:
• Saved profiles are stored in your account only
• No notifications are sent to users whose profiles you save
• You can remove saved profiles at any time
• Saved profiles may become unavailable if the user disables their web profile
This feature is provided for your convenience and does not grant you any rights to the saved users' content.
7. Reporting Profiles
You may report profiles that you believe violate these Terms or community guidelines. When reporting a profile:
• You must select a reason for your report from the available options
• You may provide an optional description (up to 100 characters)
• Reports are reviewed by our team and kept confidential
• False or malicious reports may result in action against your account
• We are not obligated to take action on every report
We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms based on reports or our own review. The reporting feature should be used in good faith to help maintain a safe community.
8. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Handlz has a zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited:
• Harassment, bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
• Content that exploits or endangers minors
• Spam, scams, fraud, or misleading content
• Impersonation of others or fake profiles
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Any unlawful content or solicitation of illegal activities
We actively monitor and review reported content. Users who violate these policies will have their content removed and may be permanently banned from the platform.
9. Blocking Users
You may block any user at any time. When you block a user:
• They will no longer appear in your Discover page
• You will no longer appear in their Discover page
• Any saved web profiles of that user will be removed
• You can unblock users at any time from their profile
Blocking is designed to help you control your experience and protect yourself from unwanted interactions.
10. Content Moderation and Enforcement
We take all reports of objectionable content and abusive behavior seriously. Our moderation process includes:
• All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
• Content that violates our policies will be promptly removed
• Users who post objectionable content will be suspended or permanently banned
• Repeated violations will result in immediate account termination
We reserve the right to remove any content and terminate any account at our sole discretion without prior notice.
11. Account Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the application will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time through the application settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Handlz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
